My own journey to finding a healthy, balanced lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding. Life is always shifting and what worked once may not be effective anymore. Our bodies change, our lives move through different stages which means we must continually adjust the scales of balance to maintain our 7 dimensions of wellbeing: physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, social & occupational.
My extensive experience allows me to guide you. I hold over 25 years of experience in the sports & fitness realm, a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise & Sports Science, and a Wellcoaches certification, nutrition courses, ISSA Yoga Certified, breast cancer survivor, and a background in supporting seniors with healthy aging. Supporting you to improve your health with small lifestyle changes directed by you to create a higher level of life satisfaction.
